D3). re: RECIPIENT/ADDRESSEE/CLIENT/PROSPECT SOLE RESPONSIBILITIES: By acceptance of any communication, the Intended Recipient(s)/Addressee(s)/Client(s)/Client Prospect(s), acknowledge(s) his/her/its responsibility(s) for ALLL his/her/its own affairs and actions, at their SOLE RISK and DISCRETION. If the Recipient receives, and/or uses or acts upon the information herein in any manner outside a separate Agreement with WMPSS Inc, the Intended Recipient agrees to INDEMNIFY Walt Medical PSS, Inc., its Officers, Directors, Consultants, Staff, Employees, etc, and shall NOT hold responsible in any regard, and shall hold HARMLESS in all ways, for any consequences, damages or other consequence related to the Intended Recipient’s use of this information.
